When should I set-up my booth?

The designated set-up time is on Wednesday, October 5th from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. It is highly recommended that all exhibitors set up their booth on October 5th. All exhibitors must be registered and set-up by 9:00 a.m. on October 6th. Expo 2011 opens at 10:00 a.m. Doors will open for exhibitor check-in at 8:00 a.m. Check-in will be held in the Riverside Pavillion of the Crowne Plaza Cherry Hill.

Where can I unload during set-up?

There will be a designated drop-off area/loading dock located to the right of the Crowne Plaza's main entrance, around the back of the building on October 5th between 3:00 and 8:00 p.m., and the morning of September 16 until 9:00 a.m. All exhibitors are asked to use this rear entrance for loading and unloading all exhibit equipment and materials. This rear entrance is located adjacent to the ballrooms where booths will be located to make set-up convenient. Please keep in mind that the Crowne Plaza Cherry Hill will be a functioning hotel with guests. Your efforts to avoid unloading at the front door and through the lobby will be greatly appreciated.

Will there be internet access at my booth?

Wireless internet access will be available throughout the hotel for most exhibitors. **Please note Riverside Pavilion booths (400-454) are not guaranteed internet access - you must have wireless capability. Please verify with the Neil at the Crowne Plaza Cherry Hill at (856) 665-6666.

When is the Business Expo 2011 Guide published?

The Business Expo 2011 Guide is published by The Philadelphia Inquirer and inserted into the South Jersey circulation. Additionally, each exhibitor and attendee will receive one at the show. Extra copies will be available at the show.
